Soft and Chewy Sweetness
Cookies! The perfect sweet treat. When you just need a bite of something sweet without overdoing it, cookies are the answer. Snickerdoodles are easy to make with simple ingredients that are probably already in the pantry. I found the best recipe at Delish.
Snickerdoodle Step by Step Instructions
Begin by combining the flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar.
Then, soften the butter in the microwave to make it easier to combine with the other ingredients.
Combine the butter, sugar, and brown sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer. One at a time, add the eggs. Combine until combined completely. The mixture should be fluffy.
Next, add in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Arrange on the cookie sheets and bake the snickerdoodles for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!!!
