Quick and Easy Incredible Dessert
Jump to RecipeI cannot believe how easy it is to make this pumpkin loaf. Instrupix really wowed me with this one. Three simple ingredients. Just three. One box of spice cake mix, one can of pumpkin puree, and chocolate chips. It only took a few minutes to combine the ingredients and dump them into my loaf pan. It took longer for my oven to preheat than it did to prepare the loaf for baking.
Begin by pouring the cake mix into a mixing bowl and adding the pumpkin puree.
Then, combine the canned pumpkin and the spice cake mix until well mixed.
Once the mixture is well combined, add half of the chocolate chips. I prefer to use dark chocolate chips; you can use your favorite.
Finally, spoon the dough into a well-greased loaf pan and top with more chocolate chips. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. The loaf is done when you can stick a toothpick in the center, and it comes out clean. At 55 minutes, I checked my loaf, which was baked to perfection. Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
This chocolate chip pumpkin loaf is so moist and delicious and far exceeded my expectations.
This recipe does not disappoint. Enjoy a warm slice of this loaf with a hot cup of coffee or a cold glass of milk. Or not, it is so moist and delicious, that no beverage is needed.
