This pimento cheese dip is so creamy and tasty. Perfect for movie night, Sunday football, or family game night.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 1/2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 (4-ounce) jar of pimentos, drained

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce

Directions

  • Grate the cheese using a hand grater or a food processor
  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer.
  • Best served at room temperature for easy dipping.
