These peanut butter bites only take a few minutes to make, and you may already have the ingredients on hand. It requires three simple ingredients to make these bite-sized snacks. Perfect for a mid-day treat or dessert. The bites are sweet without being too rich, with just enough sweetness to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Peanut butter jar, Quaker Oats and honey

Step by Step Instructions

To make this snack, start by processing the oats in a food processor until the oats become a flour-like consistency.

Next, add the peanut butter and the honey.

Honey being drizzled over peanut butter and oats

Mix thoroughly in the food processor. Once completely combined, remove the blade from the mixer. Pinch a small piece of the mixture and roll it into a ball. I like to roll it into small bite-sized pieces; this will make about 15 balls. The size of the balls will determine the number of servings. (Just a reminder, changing the number of servings will affect the calories per serving.)

Store in an airtight container. You can refrigerate them if you prefer to eat them chilled. I like to keep mine on the counter at room temperature.
